My custom planner shows delivered but I did not receive it. What next?Updated 2 months ago

Once a custom planner is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, we're unable to provide refunds or reshipments due to the personalized nature of our products. However, we recommend the following steps:

 Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Someone nearby may have accepted the package on your behalf

 Verify the Delivery Address: Double-check the address you provided at checkout to ensure it’s correct

 Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for more details on the delivery
