You may return unused, like-new, non-downloadable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

A few important notes about returns:

• Return postage is not covered, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Start your return easily through our Happy Returns Hub and follow the step-by-step instructions.

• Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and contents. 

• Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 10 days after our warehouse receives and accepts your return.

Products not eligible for return:

• Items labeled Final Sale in your cart

• Custom Planners (Build Your Own) and its components

• Products that have been used or written in

• Items not in their original retail packaging

• Digital or downloadable products
